Refund policy

EU Citizens have the right to return products within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for any expenses from the return (shipping, damages to artwork).

If you wish to return your purchase, please email info@jennituulia.com with your order number. You can also log in to your customer account to cancel your order.

If you are unsure of a purchase, please message me and I can help you. To make the decision easier, I can send you more pictures or even videos of the work.
